- Pre-sale prices are valid until midnight the day before the event.
- You can buy your tickets online the same day at the door price.
- You can pay with credit card & Bancontact.
- You will receive your tickets by email. Show them on your smartphone at the entrance or take a printed copy with you.

Ticket prices
- For theatre, concerts, festivals ... different prices are applied.
- The reduced price applies to -26 years, +60 years, members of oKo and groups of 15 or more.
- For films, different ticket prices are applied:
- standard ticket: € 7 / € 5
- different rates apply for special events
- the reduced rate applies to -26 years, +60 years, teachers' card, Friends of the M HKA and groups of 15 people or more.
Exchange or refund
- Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled.
